Resumen

The Quality Calibration/Inspection Technician overseas the calibration of all equipment and maintenance records within Resonetics as well as incoming inspection of contract manufacturing materials. Assists with final product review and release.

Responsabilidades


Maintain Calibration program for internal and external calibration and maintenance.

Controls records of Calibration and maintenance within document control software.

Ensure calibration records are current for all equipment at all times.

Prepare and assign work orders to track calibration/maintenance activities.

Notify internal and external customers of calibration/maintenance coming due.

Manage quote and shipment for external calibration

Conducting incoming inspection of contract manufacturing materials.

Works on continual improvement projects as assigned such as moving calibration of measurement equipment in-house.

Other duties as assigned.

Calificaciones


Minimum 2 years’ experience in a calibration/inspection role.

Demonstrated technical writing skills and verbal communication.

Manage detailed record keeping.

Understand general inspection tools and methods

Cualificaciones requeridas


Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred.

Familiarity with ISO and FDA Compliance desirable.

Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience.
