The Jr Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting the quality process to ensure the products meet the standards. He/She will work closely with other engineers and departments to identify and resolve quality issues, perform tests, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

• Work on helping develop standards for the department.
• Develop/improve Quality Documents related to production processes.
• Write, execute and manage test cases, validations and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work with process documentation, workflows, process improvement, and help build standards.
• Generate form tools and ideas needed for day-to-day Quality Engineering issues.
• Participate in designing metrics for measuring performance and process improvements.
• Quality Engineering support in other areas as required.
• Help the Quality Engineering department with any special projects.
• Assists in identifying potential quality problems.
• Support process validation activities, statistical analysis, Customer Complaints, NCR’s, CAPA’s and any other quality issue.

• • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering area.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and statistical software.
  • Knowledge of improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and processes.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Interact with customer and supplier companies in a professional manner.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and technical documentation in English.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary team to solve Quality issues process related.
• Strong attention to detail and satisfactory organizational skills.
• Able to self-manage project tasks.
